Minister of Industry and Trade Mahasin Ali Yaqoub, accompanied by Khartoum State Wali Ahmed Othman Hamza and Al-Gezira State Wali Al-Tahir Ibrahim Al-Khair, inaugurated the Maxan Transformer Plant for the manufacturing and assembly of electrical transformers south of Khartoum following its rehabilitation and recommissioning, in a step aimed at supporting national industry and strengthening reconstruction efforts.
