Wali of Red Sea State, Mustafa Mohamed Noor, arrived in Turkey’s Mersin Province, leading a delegation to strengthen bilateral ties and explore partnership opportunities. He was welcomed by Sudan’s Ambassador to Turkey, Nadir Yousuf Al-Tayib, and a representative of the Mersin Provincial Governor.
The delegation includes the Director of the Sudan Ports Corporation and several Sudanese business leaders. During the two-day visit, officials will focus on cooperation in ports, maritime transport, and logistics, including the exchange of technical expertise and coordination to enhance operational efficiency and modernize port management.
The visit also provides a platform for officials and business representatives to expand commercial and technical exchanges, explore new investment avenues, and reinforce growing ties between Sudan and Turkey.
