PORT SUDAN (Nabaa Sudan) – Engineer Jailani Mohamed Jailani, Director-General of the Sea Ports Corporation, discussed ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation and explore investment opportunities in Sudanese ports with Türkiye’s Ambassador to Sudan, Fatih Turker Oba, and his accompanying delegation.
During the meeting, held at the Corporation’s headquarters in Port Sudan on Sunday, Jailani welcomed the ambassador’s visit, noting that the discussions covered investment opportunities in infrastructure and the blue economy, progress on the gas port project, and potential future investment projects.
For his part, the Turkish ambassador expressed pleasure at the meeting, saying he had listened to the Director-General’s ideas and vision and exchanged views with him on several important projects scheduled for implementation in the near future. He expressed hope that further meetings would be held in the coming period to follow up on joint projects.
