A high-level Sudanese delegation discussed opportunities for cooperation in industry, investment, and industrial zone development with officials of the Organized Industrial Zone in the Turkish city of Mersin.
The delegation, which included Northern State Wali Major General Abdel Rahman Abdel Hamid Ibrahim, Minister of Investment and Industry Omar Ali Saleh, and Sudan’s Ambassador to Türkiye Nader Yousif, was briefed during the visit on the zone’s production capabilities, available investment opportunities, and future development plans.
The visit aimed to explore potential areas of partnership and benefit from Türkiye’s experience in developing industrial zones and promoting investment-driven industrial growth.
