The Federal Ministry of Health announced a rise in cholera cases in West Kordofan State and the West Bara area of North Kordofan State, reporting 55 cases at the isolation center in West Bara.
The ministry said response and disease control efforts are ongoing, adding that medical supplies have arrived through the KAFA Organization to support treatment operations and help contain the spread of the outbreak.
