Human Rights Watch documented cases of abuse and killings of people with disabilities by the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) during their takeover of El-Fasher.
The organization’s investigation indicated that these individuals were targeted because of their disabilities. Some were falsely accused of being wounded combatants, while others were mocked and labeled “mad” or told they were “incomplete.”
