El-Obeid (Nabaa Sudan) – Humanitarian Aid Commissioner in West Kordofan State Sabri Yousuf Jabara Jabir has warned of deteriorating humanitarian conditions for displaced people in El-Obeid, noting that the city is hosting more than 44,000 displaced families from the state, whose needs exceed the scale of the ongoing response.
During a meeting with Rawahil for Development Organization, Jabir called for an enhanced humanitarian response and the provision of assistance to displaced people.
The organization, for its part, affirmed its commitment to providing urgent relief and implementing income-generating projects for the most severely affected families.
