Om Dam Haj Ahmed (Nabaa Sudan) — A total of 2,334 families comprising 14,004 people have benefited from humanitarian assistance distributed across four neighbourhoods in Om Dam Haj Ahmed Locality, North Kordofan State, as part of interventions carried out by national and international organizations.
The locality’s Humanitarian Aid Coordinator, Qayim-Eddin Abu Zaid, said the interventions included registering 200 displaced families to receive cash assistance and distributing kits to 500 girls.
He added that a humanitarian needs assessment had also been conducted, identifying an urgent need for interventions in the water, health, education and agriculture sectors.
