Local authorities condemned the ongoing attacks by the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia and the Sudan People's Liberation Movement-North (SPLM-N)– Al-Helo Faction on infrastructure in Al-Dalanj city, South Kordofan state.
Field sources reported the destruction of Al-Humaira Primary School for Girls, just days after the demolition of the Education Office and Ali Al-Karrar (Al-Amiriya) School, marking an escalation affecting educational and public service institutions.
Authorities denounced these attacks as a grave violation of international laws and norms, undermining children’s right to education, and called for an immediate halt to such actions and accountability for those responsible.
