Diplomatic sources confirmed that President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC), General Abdel-Fattah Al-Burhan, will lead Sudan’s delegation to the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York. Sudan is scheduled to deliver its address to the General Assembly on September 24.
Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Mohi-Eddin Salem will travel to New York to participate in the high-level meetings and events beginning on September 22, as well as hold talks with international officials and counterparts from friendly and brotherly countries on the Sudan crisis.
