Cairo (Nabaa Sudan) – Darfur Region's Minister of Information, Professor Ahmed Shanab, accused Ethiopia of involvement in the ongoing war in Sudan, saying that Addis Ababa had allowed its territory to be used for training members of the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia and facilitating the entry of foreign mercenaries into Sudanese territory. He also accused Ethiopia of opening its airspace to drones that targeted vital facilities and infrastructure across the country.
In statements to (Nabaa Sudan), Shanab said that Sudanese-Ethiopian relations were “not in good shape,” particularly following attacks on electricity facilities and other vital sites inside Sudan. He stressed that the government had conclusive evidence proving that the drones that bombed those sites last week had been launched from Ethiopian territory.
