Khartoum State Wali Ahmed Othman Hamza has approved revised prices for gasoline and diesel in line with the new pricing submitted by fuel importing and distribution companies.
According to the Khartoum State Media Office, the retail price of diesel has been set at SDG 8,678 per litre, while the price of a 4.5-litre gallon is SDG 39,051.
The retail price of gasoline has been set at SDG 6,431 per litre, with a 4.5-litre gallon priced at SDG 28,939.5.
The state government directed the relevant authorities to implement the new prices effective from the date of their announcement.
