The Dar Hamar Emergency Room said Rapid Support Forces (RSF) elements intercepted residents returning from Al-Rowyana Market on Thursday and robbed them of their belongings and food supplies.

Other RSF elements stormed Jabr Al-Dar Market on Sunday and imposed levies on operators of small transport vehicles.

The Emergency Room said the imposition of the levies led to clashes that injured two civilians, before local community leaders intervened to contain the situation and paid ransom money to prevent the tensions from escalating.
