Sudan's Minister of Human Resources and Social Welfare, Mua’tasim Ahmed Salih, met with Morocco's Minister Delegate for Digital Transition and Administration Reform, Amal El Fallah, to discuss strengthening bilateral cooperation in administrative reform, digital transformation, and human resources development. The meeting took place on the sidelines of the 17th African Ministerial Forum on the Modernization of Public Administration in Rabat.
The two sides agreed to update the existing memorandum of cooperation between the two countries to reflect recent institutional developments. They also agreed to establish a joint committee to review the memorandum and complete the necessary legal and technical procedures ahead of signing its revised version.
Minister Salih underscored the importance of expanding bilateral partnership and exchanging expertise to support institutional reform efforts and advance public administration in both Sudan and Morocco.
