Sudan’s Minister of Animal Resources and Fisheries, Professor Ahmed Al-Tijani Al-Mansouri, unveiled plans to establish ten modern slaughterhouses and attract Gulf investors to boost production, exports, and self-sufficiency in the animal and fisheries sector. University professors, private sector leaders, and national organizations pledged full cooperation.
Meanwhile, Undersecretary Dr. Ammar Al-Sheikh Idris reviewed the country’s agriculture and food security progress with an FAO delegation.
