The Commission for Refugees has announced the resumption of registration operations for newborn refugee children and minors under the age of 16 at Al-Alagaya Camp in the eastern sector of the camps in Al-Jabalain Locality, White Nile State.
The Commission stated that its plan aims to register and add more than 10,000 children at the camp as part of ongoing efforts to update refugee records and expand coverage.
It noted that the targeted children form part of a total of 33,523 children residing in Khor Al-Waral and Al-Redais 2 camps in the western sector.
