Advisor to the President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC) Amjad Farid said that completing the formation of the Constitutional Court and appointing its judges represents an important step in the process of building independent state institutions.
Farid noted that the move is not merely an administrative procedure, but rather strengthens reliance on the rule of law and distances state institutions from political disputes that harmed the transitional period.
He added that completing the remaining justice institutions and legal reforms remains an urgent necessity, stressing that the appointment of Constitutional Court judges marks a major step in the right direction after years of institutional vacuum.
