The French Embassy in Sudan has welcomed the progress made by the International Criminal Court (ICC) in its investigations into crimes committed in the Darfur region, including in El Fasher and El Geneina, which it said are attributed to the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia.
The embassy reaffirmed its support for the Court's efforts to bring those responsible for these crimes to justice, stressing that such efforts advance the cause of accountability and help ensure that perpetrators of violations are held accountable.
