The International Organization for Migration (IOM) confirmed the resumption of its air operations from Khartoum International Airport, with the first flight taking place since the outbreak of the war in Sudan as part of its voluntary return programs for Sudanese nationals arriving from abroad.

The organization said the move marks an important milestone toward restoring its humanitarian activities and operations from the capital, Khartoum.
