US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said the conflict in Sudan has turned into a “proxy war,” noting that Washington is focusing its efforts on identifying four cities — two on each side — to serve as humanitarian aid distribution points.
France Press Agency ((AFP), Rubio added: “What is truly frustrating is not the inability to reach an understanding, but that one side or the other agrees to a deal and then fails to abide by it.”
