The Committee for Filing and Following Up International Lawsuits against the Al-Dagalo militia held its regular meeting under the chairmanship of Minister of Justice Dr. Abdullah Dirif to review plans for prosecuting the militia and its supporting states before international and regional courts.

The discussions focused on two main tracks: activating legal mechanisms to recover assets belonging to the militia and its affiliates from abroad, and pursuing legal action against supporters and affiliated individuals residing outside the country.

The committee affirmed its determination to implement a comprehensive legal strategy to ensure accountability and restore the rights of the Sudanese state.
