Dar Hamar Paramount Chief (Nazir) Moneim Abdel-Gadir Mansour has called for combating hate speech and strengthening social peace and peaceful coexistence in West Kordofan, while documenting violations committed by the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia against civilians, particularly in the Greater Al-Nohod localities.
Speaking at a media briefing in Khartoum, Mansour stressed the importance of supporting displaced people and activating the Native Administration Law. He announced preparations for a Native Administration conference involving academics, legal experts, media professionals, representatives of displaced people, and families of those killed in the War of Dignity to discuss the challenges and develop solutions.
