Minister of Animal Resources and Fisheries Professor Ahmed Al-Tijani Al-Mansouri stressed the need to unify efforts during the current phase to achieve exceptional results in improving performance and implementing vital projects, thereby contributing to increased livestock and fisheries production.

He made the remarks during a lecture he delivered as part of the “Exceptional Productivity Options” workshop at the ministry’s headquarters, attended by the ministry’s Undersecretary, directors of directorates, and heads of sections. He outlined five options for the next phase: sustained growth, achieving broader positive impact, increasing productivity, committing to smarter execution, and focusing on what matters most.

Al-Mansouri underscored the importance of effective time management and teamwork, noting that the workshop aims to move from routine and traditional approaches to smarter work and excellence, with a focus on setting priorities, sustaining productive capacity, and achieving the best possible results.
