Khartoum, (Nabaa Sudan) – Governor of the Central Bank of Sudan Amna Mirghani Hassan Al-Tom issued a decision revoking the license granted to Sudan Pay Digital to operate in the field of mobile payments and as a financial transaction switching operator.
The decision was issued pursuant to the Banking Business Regulation Act of 2026 and the Regulations for Licensing and Regulating the Business of Mobile Payment Financial Institutions and the Regulation of Payment Systems, directing the competent authorities to implement the decision.
