Minister of Finance Dr. Gebreil Ibrahim affirmed the government’s commitment to ensuring the smooth flow of petroleum imports, maintaining fuel availability, and stabilizing prices, given their vital role in meeting citizens’ needs, supporting productive and industrial sectors, and strengthening electricity supply stability.

During a meeting on Tuesday with the Chairman and members of the Federation of Chambers of Commerce, the minister stressed the importance of continued coordination with the private sector in implementing policies and programs aimed at enhancing the availability of strategic commodities.

He also underscored the government’s commitment to creating a supportive economic environment that promotes partnership and investment, serves citizens’ interests, and strengthens economic activity in the country.
