The Sudanese Mineral Resources Company contributed more than US$1 billion in export proceeds, providing significant support to the country's trade balance. The figure represents a substantial increase compared with the previous period, with the company expressing satisfaction with its steadily improving performance.
During a meeting of the company's Executive Office, participants reviewed the challenges encountered during the previous period and established several committees to address obstacles hindering production.
The figures were presented as part of the Sudanese Mineral Resources Company's Performance Report for the First Half of 2026.
