Turkish Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Alparslan Bayraktar met Minister of Minerals Noor Al-Dayem Mohamed Ahmed Taha and Minister of Energy and Petroleum Mutasim Ibrahim Ahmed in Ankara, where the two sides discussed strengthening cooperation in mining, electricity, and oil exploration and production.

The Turkish minister affirmed his country’s continued support for Sudan in the energy and infrastructure sectors, noting that relations between the two countries are expected to advance through strategic cooperation projects.

The meeting is expected to open new prospects for joint cooperation between Sudan and Türkiye in the fields of energy, mining, and infrastructure.
