IOM: 1,275 People Flee Two Villages in North Darfur

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) reported that 1,275 people fled the villages of Gorbora and Wadi Arkouri in Om Baro locality, North Darfur State, between September 3 and 6, due to the effects of the war and deteriorating security conditions.

The organization said the displaced Persons (IDPs) headed to Krunoi locality in North Darfur, while others crossed the border into Chad.
