West Kordofan, (Nabaa Sudan) — Mohammed Didan, spokesperson for the Special Task Forces in West Kordofan, said the army carried out its heaviest airstrikes to date against convoys belonging to the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia in the state, coinciding with an address by its commander, Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo, known as Hemedti.
In a post, Didan added that the attack, carried out using fighter jets and strategic drones, resulted in the destruction of more than 80 vehicles and military assets.
He also said the army had completely eliminated the “North Kordofan reinforcement force,” which he said had been assembled in Darfur and dispatched towards the Kordofan region.
