Al-Kormuk Locality in Blue Nile Region said that the Sudanese Army and supporting forces had repelled an attack launched by the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia and Joseph Tuka’s forces on Al-Baraka area on Friday morning.

It said the Army inflicted heavy losses in personnel and equipment on the attacking forces and destroyed a number of combat vehicles.

Field sources said the Army also captured a number of combatants and shot down several drones during the attack.
