Cabinet Expresses Full Solidarity with Unarmed Kauda Civilians Killed in Clashes

The Council of Ministers expressed its full solidarity with the unarmed civilians of Kauda who were killed during clashes in the city involving forces led by Abdelaziz Adam al-Hilu.

In a statement issued on Thursday, the Council held the movement led by Abdelaziz Adam al-Hilu fully responsible for the killings and violations targeting components of the (Atoro) community, noting that these actions constitute a clear breach of all international laws and humanitarian norms.

The statement called on the international community and humanitarian and human rights organizations to assume their responsibilities in condemning these crimes, documenting the violations committed by al-Hilu’s movement against innocent civilians, and ensuring that those responsible are held accountable and brought to justice.
