Al-Damazin, (Nabaa Sudan) – The Civil Society Initiative in the Blue Nile Region said that the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia targeted the home of the region’s Finance Minister, Abbas Kara, with a drone, with no casualties reported.
The initiative stressed that the homes of officials remain civilian homes, and that the presence of an official in a residence does not turn it into a legitimate target or strip his family or the civilians inside of protection.
