The Khartoum State Ministry of Health announced the closure of several health institutions and the withdrawal of licenses from others as part of an intensive inspection campaign targeting private hospitals and clinics.
The ministry said the campaign uncovered facilities operating without legal authorization, confiscated expired medicines and medical consumables, and documented waste accumulation inside some establishments. It affirmed that inspections will continue to ensure compliance with health standards and to safeguard patients.
