Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders) has warned of a worsening water crisis in the Tawila and Dabba Dayra camps in North Darfur, noting that the average displaced person receives only 1.5 litres of water per day, far below the minimum humanitarian standard of 15 litres per person in a day.

The organization stated that this severe shortage threatens the health of thousands, calling for urgent intervention to provide safe and sustainable water sources in the camps.
