A formal complaint has been filed in the United Kingdom calling for an investigation into Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice-President of the United Arab Emirates and owner of Manchester City Football Club, over alleged involvement in financing and arming the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia led by Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo, who is accused of committing massacres and widespread violations against civilians in Sudan.
