Member of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC) and Assistant Commander-in-Chief of the Sudanese Armed Forces General Yassir Abdel-Rahman Al-Atta said the next phase will witness the integration of supporting forces into the country’s regular institutions without exception.
Addressing troops on duty, Al-Atta said the process will include the Sudanese Armed Forces, the Police Forces, and the General Intelligence Service, covering all supporting formations that fought in the War of Dignity, including the Joint Forces, Sudan Shield, Al-Baraa Battalions, Revolutionary Battalions, and the Popular Resistance.
He added that integration mechanisms will be activated immediately and that the state and military will provide vocational training and professions for those who choose not to join regular establishments, enabling their reintegration into society and contribution to national reconstruction.
