Khartoum (Nabaa Sudan) – Prime Minister Professor Kamil Idris on Wednesday launched the Hope Government’s support and solidarity convoy to North Kordofan State at Al-Saha Al-Khadraa (Green Square) in Khartoum, in the presence of several military, security, police and executive officials, as well as representatives of state governments.
In his address, the Prime Minister paid tribute to the sacrifices of the valiant Armed Forces, the Joint Forces, the General Intelligence Service, the Popular Resistance and all those who contributed with their weapons, ideas, words or pens to the enduring Battle of Dignity. He also paid tribute to the martyrs of the Battle of Dignity, saying their sacrifices had paved the way for victories for the Sudanese state and nation.
Idris said the launch of the large convoy was an expression of gratitude and appreciation for North Kordofan State and its valiant people. He pledged that the Hope Government would continue to support the Armed Forces and their allied forces until every inch of the country’s territory was liberated from the terrorist rebel Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia.
“The drones will not intimidate us, nor will the economic and media warfare direct against our country,” the Prime Minister said.
He expressed his thanks and appreciation to all parties that contributed to organizing the major convoy for the people of North Kordofan, affirming that the march of victories and support convoys would continue.
The convoy was launched with the participation of ministries and states and carries food supplies and medicines, with a stated total quantity of 500,000 tonnes.
