Prime Minister Professor Kamil Idris reviewed the performance of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport during the first half of the current year, as well as its future programs and projects, during his meeting with Minister of Infrastructure and Transport Saif Al-Nasr Al-Tijani Haroun.
The minister said he provided a briefing on arrangements for the anticipated visit of the Egyptian Minister of Transport early next month, as well as agreements expected to be signed with the Egyptian side in the areas of the administrative capital, the One Million Housing Project, and land transport routes.
The meeting also discussed the ministry's preparations to hold an academic workshop on land transport in the coming days, in addition to preparations for the annual conference of the Nile Valley Authority, which is scheduled to take place soon.
