Prime Minister Kamil Idris said the government is preparing measures to create a conducive environment for dialogue among various political factions.
In remarks to Al Jazeera, he said the measures include facilitating the return of opposition figures from abroad, noting that the upcoming political process will be inclusive and will not exclude any party.
