Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Georgy Borisienko announced, during a session of the Joint Political Consultation Committee with Sudan held in Moscow on Tuesday, that scholarships for Sudanese students will be increased by 30% next year, reaching a total of 140 scholarships.

For his part, Sudan’s Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Muawiya Othman Khalid, praised the level of relations between the two countries, affirming Sudan’s commitment to further developing and upgrading them into strategic relations based on mutual interests.
