Sudan’s Adviser to the President of the Transitional Sovereignty ‎Council (TSC) on Foreign and Political Affairs, Dr. Amjad Farid, said that ‎the Sudanese Government sees no possibility for negotiations as what ‎he described as the “risk of genocide” threatening the Sudanese ‎people continues.‎

In an interview with Al Arabiya/Al Hadath, Farid added that Khartoum ‎hopes Washington will “reconsider its approach to the Sudan crisis ‎and deal with it positively.”‎
