President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC) and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, returned to the country on Tuesday evening after offering condolences on the death of the late His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, the former Emir of the State of Qatar.
