Suakin, Nabaa Sudan – Prince Othman Digna Port in Suakin handled a total of 67,669 tonnes of imported and exported cargo during October 2026, while receiving and dispatching 104 vessels, according to the port’s monthly statistics.
The statistics showed that passenger traffic reached 34,471, comprising 16,502 arrivals and 17,969 departures. Imports totalled 51,716 tonnes, while exports amounted to 15,953 tonnes.
The port also recorded the movement of 1,375 refrigerated trucks and processed the release of 254 vehicles, reflecting its activity in passenger and cargo transport and commercial exchange.
