The Federal Ministry of Health announced the closure of international vaccination centers at Khartoum and Port Sudan airports, effective August 10, 2026, as part of efforts to strengthen compliance with the International Health Regulations.

The ministry explained that international vaccinations are now available at accredited centers, including the Medical Commission in Omdurman, Al-Iskan Block 75 Health Center in Omdurman, the Medical Corps in Omdurman, and the International Vaccination Center in Port Sudan, near Al-Fanar Pharmacy.

The ministry affirmed that the measure is being implemented in accordance with the requirements of the 2005 International Health Regulations, which require travelers to obtain the necessary vaccinations before traveling.
